The company just continues to take away from it's employees and still expects 110% everyday. (2) Corporate Culture - The culture here is that of a graveyard, Nobody is happy and it shows, most department heads have lost the confidence of their employees mostly because they fail to resolve real issues or they flat out just don't care.
The Union contract is a giant playground for them seeing as they pick and choose what they want to abide by and what they don't. (1) Management - It's pretty obvious some departments got lucky especially I.T with having employees who've done this before but honestly it seems like if management had to do their employees job for a day they'd fail miserably at it. This place is really only good if you enjoy not having a life.
